Career

Antonio is a counsel in Bird & Bird's Corporate/M&A department in the Madrid office.

As an M&A and corporate associate, my expertise covers a range of both national and international M&A and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring and corporate matters, including international corporate secretarial work and contract law.

As a consequence of the wide range of sectors for the clients I work for, I am more than used to dealing with complex issues and provide innovative solutions, either leading or as part of our multi-disciplinary teams. Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for another international law firm here in Madrid. I speak English as well as my native Spanish.
