Antoine Lochet is a French lawyer admitted to the Icelandic and French bars. Antoine holds a Master’s Degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris Ouest La Défense, France. He also holds a degree in Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance. Antoine has been involved in the project financings of several industrial projects in Iceland, advising both banks and project developers. He also assists Icelandic and foreign banks in relation to syndicated facilities and other corporate loans ranging from asset finance to acquisition finance. Antoine regularly advises Icelandic and foreign financial undertakings in relation to regulatory issues. His expertise stretches from the structuring of investment vehicles to negotiating share purchase agreements.
