Recent work includes advising: Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) on the creation of “New Suez” by a consortium composed of Meridiam, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and Group CDC, constituted from the assets acquired from Veolia and Suez in the context of Veolia’s public offer for Suez; Bouygues Telecom on several notable joint ventures (in particular with Cellnex, Phoenix Tower International and Vauban Infrastructure Partners) in order to deploy and operate fibre optics and 5G networks in France; Sopra Steria on its acquisition of CS Group; Butler Industries in the context of its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Moma Group; the French State (Agence des Participations de l’Etat) on the recapitalisation of Air France-KLM; Icade on the sale of Icade Santé to Primonial REIM; Bpifrance on the reorganisation of the shareholding in Paprec; Sagard on its acquisition of a stake in the Agence pour la diffiusion de l’information technologique (ADIT); Publicis on its joint venture with Carrefour in the retail media sector in continental Europe and Latin America; Safran on its public offer for Zodiac Aerospace; and Safran and Safran Ceramics in the context of the sale of Safran Ceramics’ stake in Roxel.
Career
Before founding BDGS Associés in 2013, Antoine Bonnasse was a partner since 1996 at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 1986. He was subsequently seconded, as legal adviser, to the Economic Development Mission of the French Embassy in Washington DC (1987-1988).
