Recent work includes advising: the French State on the recapitalisation of Air France-KLM, Thales on the sale of its Ground Transportation Systems business to Hitachi Rail; CDC on its acquisition in consortium with Meridiam, Global Infrastructure Partners and CNP Assurances of new SUEZ in the context of Veolia’s public offer for Suez, Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) on the sell-down by reference shareholder Engie via accelerated bookbuilding and issuance of convertible bonds; Butler Industries on the acquisition of SeaOwl from Cathay Capital and other minority shareholders, on its sale of NXO to the Fayat Group and on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Pierre Hermé Paris; and Bouygues Telecom on its joint ventures with Phoenix Tower International, Cellnex and Vauban Infrastructure Partners.
