Partner focusing predominantly on the regulatory side of the Employee Benefits Practice where he has counseled clients in qualified retirement plan areas, including both defined benefit and defined contribution plans, as well as, non-qualified deferred compensation, other forms of executive compensation and welfare plan areas. Focus on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and tax related aspects of employee benefit programs.
