In addition, he has extensive experience representing clients in criminal investigations, having represented numerous companies and individuals in antitrust criminal investigations, including a number of foreign nationals. Jim has also represented clients in civil investigations by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and state antitrust enforcers concerning mergers, pricing practices and allegedly monopolistic conduct.
