Anthony A Bongiorno

Tony Bongiorno is the Chair of Quinn Emanuel's Health Care Litigation Practice. He has extensive first-chair jury trial experience in a variety of commercial matters and has successfully tried cases in federal and state courts around the country. He is ranked by Chambers USA Massachusetts 2021-2023 in Litigation: General Commercial and described as “a terrific and really talented attorney."

Tony specializes in health care litigation and has represented numerous hospital systems in complex litigation, including representing the largest physician-led health care network in the country. Tony has successfully represented hospital systems in cases against provider groups, competing hospital systems, major EHR providers, and nurse staffing agencies.

Tony also has significant expertise litigating mass tort, product liability and complex litigation matters for clients in many other industries, including energy, life sciences, and construction.
