Annette Weber's practice focus for capital market transactions includes a broad spectrum of equity capital market transactions, such as initial public offerings, rights offerings, spin-offs or private placements as well as debt capital market transactions, including bonds, convertible bonds as well as hybrid and regulatory capital instruments. She represents both issuers and banks. Annette practice also covers sustainable capital markets issuances. In addition, Annette advises on cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures.
