Practice Areas

EU law, competition law, state aid, public procurement, utility regulation, aviation, telecoms, energy, rail, pharma, energy, consumer protection, public administrative law, ECHR, WTO and international trade. Anneli has appeared in over 20 cases before the CJEU and acts for both Claimants and Defendants in competition damages claims, including Interchange, Trucks, Power Cables and Windfarms. She also advises parties in antitrust investigations, regulatory investigations and market reviews and consumer/ unfair commercial practices proceedings. She has a busy practice in regulatory and commercial judicial review proceedings and Brexit-related litigation, including Miller (Article 50), Yalland (EEA/Single Market), Wightman (Revocability) and 3million (EP voting rights).
