Anne Kiunuhe is a Partner at ALN Kenya (Anjarwalla & Khanna) and a member of the Corporate department, where she also co-heads the firm’s Competition Law Practice. Anne specialises in mergers and acquisitions, IT & telecommunications law, competition law and data protection. She has represented an array of PE investors and multinational corporations including Helios Investment Partners, Vivo Energy, Telkom Kenya, Godrej Group, Emerging Capital Partners, Schneider Electric among others, while advising on numerous land mark transactions in Africa.
Anne is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has spearheaded multiple initiatives in antitrust law development in Kenya and COMESA. She is a regular speaker at corporate law conferences and an ardent writer on contemporary legal topics.
