ALN Kenya |Anjarwalla & Khanna’s (A&K) Corporate M&A practice advises on all aspects of M&A transactions across a wide variety of industry sectors. The team has advised on local and cross border M&A, private equity & venture capital, capital markets, competition, joint ventures and restructuring transactions, for a range of local, pan-African and international investors and multinational corporations on their acquisition and investment deals. 

We have a specialised Private Equity team that advises on private equity and venture capital investments across the Continent. The team combines in-depth local knowledge with global experience that allows us to advise clients in an increasingly challenging business environment that demands innovative commercial and legal solutions

A&K is the founding member of ALN, an alliance of leading law firms currently in fifteen key African jurisdictions. A&K operates Africa-wide, leading multi-jurisdictional deals across Africa, both in its own capacity and in collaboration with ALN and best friend firms across the Continent.
