Anne is a Partner in BAHR’s OCEAN group. She has broad experience from advising on M&A and corporate matters, company law, governance, joint ventures and restructurings within the shipping, offshore and aquaculture markets, as well as other industry areas. She also has extensive experience on traditional shipping and offshore transactions such as sale and purchase of vessels, sale leaseback, charter parties and construction contracts.
