Advises and represents clients in commercial arbitration, particularly in post-M&A disputes conducted under the SA KIG, ICC, VIAC, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with seats in Warsaw, Vienna, and Paris. Has experience in intra-EU BIT investment arbitration. Alongside her counsel work, she has have served as secretary to ICC and UNCITRAL arbitral tribunals. Currently she is serving as an arbitrator in proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules, SA KIG, and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, with seats of arbitration in Warsaw and Paris. Anna is a member of the Polish National Committee of the ICC and a graduate of the ICC Arbitration Academy 2023/2024.
Beyond arbitration practice, she combines her arbitration expertise with innovation, leveraging AI to strengthen dispute resolution processes and exploring how technology can drive meaningful transformation in the legal field. She provides consultancy on the management and implementation of artificial intelligence in enterprises and the impact of artificial intelligence on arbitration proceedings. At the firm, she is responsible for the AI transformation process. She is a co-author of “AI in the Work of a Legal Counsel,” developed under the auspices of the National Chamber of Legal Advisers and Microsoft, as well as publications related to AI Governance.
