Anna is a King’s Counsel specialising in the law relating to children, in both private and public law cases. In her private law children work Anna represents parents in domestic and international cases involving relocation, abduction, care and contact and adoption issues as well as the wider all aspects of parenting including disputes relating to surrogacy, medical, religious, education, and name or identity issues.
In her public law work Anna is renowned for successful management of highly complex cases in which allegations of sexual abuse, or fatal injury arise and appears in these matters in the High Court and in the Court of Appeal.
Anna has a wide experience acting for high profile private individuals, public bodies, victims and perpetrators of sexual and physical abuse and CAFCASS.
