Anna Anderson

Anna is a partner in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. She works primarily with commercial banks and financial institutions in asset securitization transactions and structured financings, with a focus in the area of corporate trust. In this area Anna represents such banks and institutions in their roles as indenture trustee, back-up servicer, collateral agent, custodian, paying agent, calculation agent and similar capacities involving various asset classes, including auto loans, equipment lease receivables, timeshare interests, student loans, commercial loans, solar loans and assets and data centers. Anns also has experience in real estate-related finance matters including construction, acquisition and permanent financing for a variety of types of real estate.
