He has recently advised Telenor in Nepalese law aspects of potential merger with Axiata Group, IFC in subscription of preference shares in Upper Trishuli-1 Hydropower Project, Daraz Nepal in its sale to Alibaba, Saisan in acquisition of majority stake in NL Gas, Bank of China in USD 200m financing for Hongshi Shivam Cement, FMO in financing for Lower Solu Hydro (82MW), IFC in the financing for Kabeli-A Hydropower (37MW) and in many other innovative and high profile matters.
He has represented Nissan Motors, Carlsberg South Asia, Proxima Beta, Tata Projects, Deerwalk, KFA Consulting and others in commercial litigation and arbitrations in Nepal.
