He has recently advised Telenor in Nepalese law aspects of potential merger with Axiata Group, IFC in subscription of preference shares in Upper Trishuli-1 Hydropower Project, Batas Group in acquisition of Manipal Hospital, Daraz Nepal in its sale to Alibaba Group, Saisan in acquisition of majority stake in NL Gas, DFC in unsecured financing for Nepalese banks, Bank of China in USD 200m financing for Hongshi Shivam Cement, FMO in financing for Lower Solu Hydro (82MW), IFC in the financing for Kabeli-A Hydropower (37MW) and in many other innovative and high profile matters.

He has represented Intercontinental Hotel Group, Nissan Motors, Texmaco Rail & Engineering, Carlsberg South Asia, Tencent Holdings, Apar Industries, Tata Projects, Deerwalk, KFA Consulting and others in commercial litigation and arbitrations in Nepal.
