Angela Lim

Angela is the Head of Rajah & Tann Singapore's Banking & Finance practice. She joined the firm following many years as a partner in an international firm and is qualified to practise in England and Wales and Singapore.

Angela has acted in a wide range of cross-border transactions, with particular expertise in acquisition leveraged financing, project financing, structured financing and real estate/construction financing transactions. Her extensive client base includes financial institutions (including commercial banks, private banks, investment banks and hedge funds) and borrowers (including corporates, private equity, funds and government linked companies).

She has been consecutively recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Banking & Finance by multiple publications such as Chambers Asia Pacific, Chambers Global and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific. She is a leading lawyer in Banking & Finance, Energy and Infrastructure and Project Finance according to IFLR 1000 and is one of Singapore’s top 100 lawyers according to Asia Business Law Journal. She has also been recognised as an Elite Practitioner in Banking & Finance by Asialaw Profiles.
