Practiced since 1990 (silk 2018) almost exclusively in Construction Law and related Professional Negligence claims and commercial Judicial Review, appearing regularly in TCC in England and Wales , has appeared in large number of reported decisions on adjudication and generally in Appellate Courts at all levels, recent cases include Redrow v SoS DLUHC [2024] EWCA Civ 651 . Acts as Counsel in mediations and as an accredited Mediator. Appears in Commercial Court and Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland . Has been appointed as Arbitrator

In 2022, Andrew was elected the Head of Chambers at Kings Chambers.
