Notable instructions include: the litigation concerning Banco Santander’s global HQ in the Chancery Division (Maud) and Commercial Court (Marme); the Playboy bank reference litigation in the London Circuit Commercial Court; the Khorafi mis-selling litigation in the Dubai International Financial Centre; disputes arising from the insolvency of the NMC Healthcare group litigated in fora including the Abu Dhabi Global Market (NMCH v Dubai Islamic Bank); and acting for Banca Generali in the Chancery Division and Court of Appeal in disputes arising from securitisations.
