Andrew Masters advises on all aspects of employment law and related HR issues, contentious and non contentious. In addition to complex, strategic and high value employment related matters, including large scale redundancy and restructuring programmes, he frequently advises employers on day to day HR and employment law issues such as absence and performance management, disciplinary and grievance situations and dismissals.
He represents a wide client base in the public and private sectors that includes national and international companies, charities, smaller enterprises and senior executives.
Andrew is an experienced lecturer and trainer in employment law. He regularly presents at HR forums and business conferences and provides training for HR personnel and line managers.
