He trained and initially worked in England, followed by several years in Hong Kong and Australia before settling in Singapore in 2002.

Andrew is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and joint ventures, including post-acquisition integration and restructuring. He also advises extensively on compliance and governance matters especially anti-bribery issues where he supports clients on their internal investigation and compliance programs.
