Lending & Loan Disposition

- Prepared global form loan documents for construction, syndication, bridge, and specialty lending areas for three separate banks

- Represented landowner in a $125 million construction loan with a publicly financed bond component

- Represented lender over a three-year period in the sale of 534 commercial loans (18 individual sales, seven pool sales) across the U.S., covering all types of collateral such as land, yachts, airplanes, inventory, vacation homes, offices, and shopping centers

- Represented lender regarding the origination of over $250 million of note-on-note financings on real estate projects

- Represented lender regarding the origination of lines of credit exceeding $160 million to facilitate third-party investments and loans for real estate projects

- Represented lender regarding a permanent portfolio loan of four senior housing projects under ground leases in the Pacific Northwest

Development & Leasing

- Represented borrower in closing over 20 construction and permanent loans for multi-family, office, retail, and industrial assets in excess of $700 million

- Represented borrower in closing a multi-family permanent loan in excess of $100 million

- Represented borrower in closing a multi-family construction loan in excess of $70 million

- Represented developer regarding the disposition and seller finance and workout of multiple resort communities in three U.S. states

- Represented Fortune 500 company regarding the sublease of a 500,000-square-foot corporate campus facility; one transaction in this representation was named the “Office Deal of the Year” by the Austin Business Journal

- Represented international service firm regarding the lease of its 170,000-square-foot headquarters
