Andrés Rodríguez, specialist in the structuring, planning, development, commercialization, and liquidation of real estate projects of different land uses (residential, commercial, industrial and bone) from a legal perspective, but with the capacity to integrate the financial, operational, commercial, and administrative aspects.

He currently heads the Real Estate Development Department of Alegalis, with which he provides services to multiple developers, including SPECTRUM, RV4 Desarrollos, Grupo Terra, Capital Buró Developments, Amaranto, Axis, Iruña, Kaizen, Trascende, Legado del Bosque, Rumbo 16, among others, and has also worked on the planning of real estate projects being developed in Mexico, Costa Rica and the United States.

The work policy is to provide an integral support, in which the client is advised to elaborate the legal formalities and provide legal certainty, but taking into account all the other branches of the business involved, for example, the financial, as well as seeking to provide a fast service, but of high quality, this being a real distinguishing feature.

Advising more than 50 real estate projects of different uses, including housing, commercial, industrial, bone and mixed.
