Carlos Gustavo Palacios Morales joined the firm since the beginning and has more than 18 years of experience. His practice has focused Civil and Commercial Litigation. He has vast experience in all sorts of Civil and Commercial cases, including individual, collective and bank executions, foreclosure, summary and ordinary executions related to real estate property.

He has also special experience in constitutional matters.

Has participated in merger and acquisition process for various Central American deals.

Represents various international clients in litigation activities and intellectual property enforcement in Guatemala.

Represents important associations in litigation and consumer related matters in Guatemala.

Professor of Law in Rafael Landivar University from 2003-2005.

He has specialized in merger and acquisitions, leading the litigation research team in the due diligence process for the target company.

Member of the Board of Directors of one of the most important garment manufacturers in Guatemala.

Member of the Board of Directors of the Guatemala Association of Cleft Spine from 1998-2005.

President of the Association of Rafael Landivar University from 1991-1992.
