- Advised T69 in the corporate restructure, development, and commercialization of a landmark 58-story building in Mexico City, comprising 30,000 square meters of office space, 64 apartments, and the first Ritz-Carlton hotel in Mexico; now the second tallest building in the city.
- Advised Fortem Capital on a second CKD issuance totaling up to USD $91.5 million, with participation from institutional investors in Mexico’s pension system and private sector, to be invested in real estate assets and the acquisition of built properties.
- Advised Fortem Capital in a joint venture with GBM Real Estate for the development of a luxury residential and touristic project in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
