He has participated as local counsel in bond offerings in the international capital market, due diligence process, drafted and negotiated assets and stock purchase agreements, financing of several hydroelectric and mining projects. He has advised investment funds, local and foreign bank and multinational companies.

He is currently a Committee Member of Alta, He has been with the firm since 2010 and became partner in 2015 .Before joining Alta QIL+4 Abogados Andres worked as a Latin American law specialist in a recovery agency based in Virginia, United States of America.
