Career

Alejandro has more than 15 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field.

Most recently he has been appointed as President of the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala for a period of 2 years. Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Latin American Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI). Alejandro is President at the Academic Committee of the Guatemalan Chamber of International Property (CAMPI), Committee that has organized Local Intellectual Property events with international participants.

Professional Memberships

Academically he has a Masters in Intellectual Property Universidad San Carlos, Guatemala, (2013)as well as the Attorney and Public Notary degree in Guatemala from Universidad Rafael Landivar, Guatemala(2011).

Personal

Alejandro has participated in different associations of professional and cultural work and carries out pro-bono work in the firm for clients that require such work to help the community. He is actively working with the Intellectual Property associations. He is involved in analyzing jurisprudence in such field and he is also a Professor in Intellectual Property in different Guatemalan Universities.
