Andres is a partner at Serrano Martínez CMA. Andres has outstanding professional with extensive experience in Competition Law, Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection. He currently leads the Competition Law area, where he develops innovative strategies and provides high-level advice to both national and international companies. Andrés advises companies in the hydrocarbons, construction, energy, retail, and technology sectors, among others. He is also an expert litigator in competition, intellectual property and consumer protection.
