Andres is an Associate Director of the Firm's Antitrust Department. He has extensive experience in Competition Law, Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection. He advises Clients in competition law investigations, pre-merger review processes, data protection and consumer investigations. He is also an expert litigator in competition, intellectual property and consumer protection before judicial authorities.

Before joining the Firm, Andrés worked at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, where he resolved unfair competition and industrial property litigation cases. He also represented the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce before Colombian courts, defending the Agency's cases. At Serrano Martinez CMA Andrés advises companies in the construction, energy, retail, oil and technology sectors, among others.
