Ana María is an expert in labor, social security and immigration law. She advises both domestic and foreign companies in strategic decision-making in the area of Human Resources, defense in administrative labor-related proceedings and judicial representation in labor litigation. Ana María also has extensive experience in immigration procedures, hiring and remuneration of expatriates, transfer of employees, implementation of corporate policies, outsourcing processes, design of compensation schemes, labor audit, due diligence and voluntary retirement plans. Before joining Serrano Martinez CMA, she worked at leading firms in employment law matters and led her private practice in employment law. She is a member of the Labor Bar Association, the Colombian Association of Immigration Law, and is a member of the list of arbitrators of Mandatory Arbitration Tribunals in labor matters.
