Andrei Vella

Andrei's main areas of specialisation are finance and debt restructuring, banking, investment services and corporate law. Andrei is actively involved in M&A and corporate finance transactions, both locally and internationally, including transactions having a cross-border emphasis. He also advises on regulatory aspects relating to credit and financial institutions, and investment service providers. Andrei frequently assists in the setting up of trusts in Malta and advises a number of clients on corporate governance and corporate matters generally.

Andrei joined the firm as a Trainee in January 2008. That same year he graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and embarked on an LL.M. in International Banking & Finance at the University College London. In 2010 Andrei was appointed as Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2014. He was admitted to partnership in 2018.

Andrei is also a lecturer at the University of Malta.
