A licensed Trademarks and Designs Attorney, her professional experience focuses on IP rights administration, prosecution and contentious matters, in pharmaceuticals, tobacco, FMCG, automotive, fashion, media, telecommunications.
Over the years, she advised clients in complex projects, including domain name and copyright dispute resolution, unfair competition litigation, worldwide re-branding simultaneously performed in over 60 jurisdictions, applications for action before the Romanian National Customs Authority, as well as IP due diligence and IP transactional projects.
Andreea has coordinated large volume IP projects where she has been the designated Client liaison, responsible for the direct connection with the Client, enabling efficient communication with direct attention to their needs. She has handled or coordinated many administrative procedures either in front of the Romanian State Office for Patents and Trademarks (“OSIM”) or before the EUIPO, as well argued cases in front of the Romanian Appeals Committee.
