Partner-elect Andreas Bussman is a recognized and seasoned tax and structuring specialist with roughly 10 years of experience in high-end tax planning and structuring of complex domestic and cross-border general M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, including management incentive programs, financing and other reorganizations for both public and private clients, including growth companies. Andreas also regularly advises clients in all types of internal reorganizations, such as mergers and demergers. In addition to his expertise in tax and corporate law, Andreas also has a broad understanding and practical experience of public and private M&A and related financing.

He is also regularly involved in tax litigation, tax audit, advance ruling and pre-discussion proceedings and regularly advises clients on tax aspects related to financial instruments.
