Andrea Radonjanin is a partner whose main areas of expertise are IP & unfair commercial practices, AI/IT and technology law. As the head of IP practice in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, she has extensive experience advising high-profile national and international clients on IP protection strategies, trademark and design portfolio management, and complex IP litigation, including disputes with local infringers.
Beyond her work in IP, Andrea plays a key role in advancing Artificial Intelligence in the region, helping companies and startups navigate the legal challenges in the evolving field. As a frequent speaker at AI conferences, seminars, and podcasts, she is an active contributor to regional AI discourse. She currently serves as a member of the governmental working group responsible for drafting the Serbian Artificial Intelligence Act.

Andrea holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham/UK and a PhD in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Nottingham/UK.
