Andrea also assists fund management companies, banks, promoters, and distributors with the structuring, listing, and offering of funds and structured products, as well as compliance with Swiss regulatory, AML, KYC, and prudential standards.
Beyond advisory and transactional mandates, Andrea provides Expert Opinions for national and foreign courts, authorities, and arbitral tribunals on matters of Swiss financial market law, governance, supervisory regulation, and market conduct rules. Andrea is an Authorized Representative of Issuers at the SIX Swiss Exchange and serves as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Banking Regulation Subcommittee for the 2025-2026 term.
