André is a partner in Investment Funds at Lefosse.

He has experience in mutual funds, asset management, capital markets, structured finance, venture capital and private equity investments and corporate law in general. He has advised local and international administrators, managers and sponsors on fundraising and regulatory issues, as well as investment banks and companies in public or private securities offerings.

André graduated in Law from USP (Universidade de São Paulo), is a specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas), holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania, and has a Business and Law Certificate from The Wharton School. He has experience as a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, USA.
