Guilherme has experience in issues related to environmental licensing, use of water resources, especially protected areas; solid waste management, management of contaminated areas, climate change and atmospheric emissions and environmental responsibilities in general.

Guilherme graduated in Law from UCSAL (Universidade Católica do Salvador), has a postgraduate in Environmental Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and an LL.M in Energy and Environmental Law from The George Washington University, Washington DC/USA. Guilherme is president of the Environmental Law Committee at CESA (Centro de Estudos de Sociedades de Advogados – Center for the Study of Law Firms).
