Bruno Crispim

Bruno is a counsel in Energy at ​​Lefosse.

He is actively involved in regulatory matters related to the sale of electricity in the Free and Regulated Contracting Environments and in Energy Purchase and Sale Agreements. Bruno has extensive expertise in advising on transactions involving renewable energy including wind, solar photovoltaic, hydro and biomass. His practice extends to litigation and arbitration and covers a wide range of regulatory issues in the energy sector. Bruno specializes in ​​Electric Energy Regulatory Law, having acted as an internal lawyer at CCEE (Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica – Electric Energy Commercialization Chamber) for six years in corporate and regulatory.

Bruno graduated in Law from the Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and has a postgraduate degree in Business Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). He has an extension in Regulation of the Electric Sector from ABCE (Associação Brasileira de Companhias de Energia Elétrica).
