Career

André is a partner of the Dispute Resolution area focused on Civil and Business Litigation, as well as Consumer and Fashion Law areas, with broad experience with national and international companies in industries such as fashion, technology, automotive and retail. He has extensive experience in highly complex litigation cases in all courts and judicial spheres. He represents national and international companies in negotiations and risk mitigation.

He acts in preventive legal assistance in all matters related to the area, including legal opinions with focus on risk mitigation (compliance).

Assists major companies in the fashion sector, with experience in all matters related to intellectual property violations of companies, stylists and related.

As one of the pioneers in introducing the Fashion Law area in Brazil, he assists national and international clients and has extensive experience in litigation involving intellectual property, corporate disputes, product licensing and disputes of fashion brands.
