Vladimir initiated his practice in 1996 in the areas of capital markets and banking transactions, becoming a specialist in domestic and international financing deals involving loans and the issuance of securities, including IPOs. After acquiring extensive experience in structured real estate financing operations, he began working in the Real Estate practice area, developing innovative approaches to structuring transactions involving both urban and rural properties. Over the years, he also gained significant experience in operations involving forestry assets, having participated in various transactions related to agribusiness ventures across many Brazilian states. In addition, he represents both international and domestic clients in matters involving Climate Change and the Carbon Market, holding one of the most extensive experiences in Brazil. Vladimir worked as a foreign associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, USA between 1998 and 1999.
