Partner in Demarest’s Compliance and Investigations practice area, André Leme holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from USP and a specialization in Fundamental Law from Universidade de Coimbra. He concentrates his practice in advising clients on numerous compliance matters and drafting of legal opinions, in addition to implementing and reviewing compliance and integrity programs. Andre has vast experience coordinating highly complex internal investigations and carrying out compliance audits within the scope of corporate transactions. He has been a Certified Compliance and Ethic Professional – International (CCEP-I) by the SCCE since 2014 and obtained a certification in Healthcare Compliance from CEBXs in 2018.
