He holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Public Law from UERJ, where he is a tenured Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law, and an LL.M. from Yale Law School. André is also a Visiting Professor at FGV Direito Rio, teaching in graduate programs focused on state law and regulation.
