André Cyrino

André Cyrino is a leading public law litigator and scholar that combines academic depth with hands-on litigation experience, advising and representing clients in high-stakes judicial and administrative proceedings, particularly before the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil, Superior Courts, local courts, regulatory agencies, audit courts as well as complex matters before state courts and the Federal Judiciary. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Public Law from UERJ, where he is a tenured Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law, and an LL.M. from Yale Law School. André is also a Visiting Professor at FGV Direito Rio, teaching in graduate programs focused on state law and regulation.
