Anders Kylhammar

Anders Kylhammar specialises in commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property, advertising law and protection of trade secrets. He has extensive experience from strategic advice and litigation concerning trademarks, copyright, design and patents. He frequently represents clients in court proceedings, including the Swedish Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings. Further, Anders lectures at Lund University, Faculty of Law, and has published several books and articles on IP law.
