Anders Kylhammar specialises in commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property, marketing law and protection of trade secrets. He has extensive experience from strategic advice and litigation concerning trademarks, patents, copyright and design. He frequently represents clients in court proceedings, including the Swedish Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings. Further, Mr Kylhammar lectures at Lund University, Faculty of Law, and has published several books and articles on IP law.

Service at Stockholm District Court and Svea Court of Appeal, Stockholm (1990-1997). Appointed Associate Judge of Appeal (1997). Legal adviser at the Swedish Ministry of Justice, the Division for Intellectual Property Law (1998-1999). Expert, the Swedish Legislative Committee on Trade Marks (1998-2001 and 2015-2016). Expert, the Swedish Legislative Committee on Designs (1999-2000). Expert, the Swedish Legislative Committee on Criminal Copyright and Trade Mark Infringements (2017-2018). Joined Sandart & Partners in 2000. Partner since 2001.
