Ana Paula is the Director of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She is highly experienced in handling enforcement and prosecution matters in the Dominican Republic and across the Caribbean region. Clients have recognized her for her in-depth knowledge of IP, and for responding efficiently to their needs.
Her practice areas include trademark, patents, anticounterfeiting and IP litigation, as well as licensing, franchising and all other IP related agreements.
She has been involved in the negotiation and assignments of major brands in the food/beverage and medical technology industry, as well as the retail, pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
