Magdalena has over 10 years of experience concentrating her practice in Corporate law, Intellectual Property, Consumer Law, Competition Law, Sanitary Regulation and New Technologies. For her proven leadership, structuring and development of integral work teams, she has successfully coordinated the Intellectual Property and Regulation Division of the firm, representing recognized international brands.
Almonte has extensive experience in New Technologies, her legal advisory work on this matter allows the Firm to identify the legal measures and actions available to protect and preserve the image right; the privacy and integrity of people and seek the imposition of sanctions when appropriate.
