Career

Lawyer of Universidad de los Andes, with an Option in Philosophy. Majored in Labor Law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Certificate in Negotiation at Northwestern University, Chicago.

Co-director of the advice in labor and employment law department, devoted to international accounts and English – speaking clients. Throughout her career at the firm, she has gained experience in several areas such as consultancy, litigation, collective bargaining and costumer training.

She has given lectures regarding prevention of workplace harassment, assertive management of labor misconducts, rights and duties of independent workers in terms of social security, among others.
