Francisco Buriticá

Francisco is a partner in Godoy’s Advisory Unit and one of the most recognized figures in Employment Law in Colombia. He is the founder of the law firm Buriticá & Buriticá Abogados—later merged with Godoy Córdoba. Over the course of more than three decades, he has built a career as an advisor, litigator, and professor in labor law.

His approach combines technical rigor, strategic vision, and negotiation skills, reinforced by his international training. He has mentored generations of lawyers through the Legal Clinic at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he also served as a professor in both undergraduate and graduate programs.

Renowned for his academic rigor and close relationships with clients, Francisco embodies the practical experience and critical thinking that distinguish leading voices in labor law in Colombia.
