Amy is a Senior Associate in the Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team. She joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2016 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Amy helps private clients with all aspects of this complex area of work and mainly represents executors, trustees and beneficiaries as well as those excluded from wills.

Amy specialises in will disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and breach of trust claims. She is a strong negotiator and always encourages Alternative Dispute Resolution wherever possible.
