For more than 25 years, Amy Seneshen has helped guide clients in upstream and midstream oil & gas transactions with aggregate value in the billions of dollars for both public and private companies. She also advises clients in a broad range of transactional matters in the energy industry, including the negotiation of farmout agreements, joint venture agreements, development agreements, crude purchase agreements, midstream agreements, water gathering and disposal agreements, and solar leases. She represents management teams in the formation of entities and in connection with investments by private equity firms. Amy also represents companies in negotiating and structuring natural resource projects for the exploration and development of domestic and international mining properties.
