Amy’s outstanding track record is built on successful outcomes in the full spectrum of labor, employment and business-related issues, in both litigation and non-litigation settings.

Obtained judgment on behalf of employer against a former employee who joined a competitor on claims of breach of duty of loyalty and misappropriation of trade secrets in federal court in California.

Mounted a successful defense on behalf of an employer in a jury trial in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin on a Title VII claim.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of an employer and new employees in an action brought against them by a competitor/former employee seeking to enforce overly broad non-compete agreements in the U.S. District Court in the State of Washington.

Successfully defended an employer in a state court jury trial against a breach of contract case in which the plaintiff – a former executive employed by our client – sought damages in excess of six figures.

Forced the voluntary dismissal of a federal FLSA lawsuit against an employer following the deposition of the named plaintiff.
