With over two decades of experience, Amira has established herself as a leading figure in banking, corporate finance, and capital markets, and she has advised on some of the most complex financial transactions in Egypt, working with major banks, corporations, and government entities.

Amira Sherif’s expertise extends to various areas of financial law, including asset finance, Islamic finance, project finance, structured finance, securitisation, real estate finance, trade finance, and acquisition finance. Amira has extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating syndicated loan agreements, project finance arrangements, management, and corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while mitigating legal and financial risks.

She is also responsible for drafting standard banking agreements and forms for top tier banks working in the Egyptian market and ensuring their implementation, in addition to drafting the relevant policies of new banking products for multinational banks.
